Quite a busy evening, with two Championships up for grabs! With qualifying on the night, the Championship were open to anyone who arrived with the appropriate cars, and with 11 F2's and 13 Saloons, there were two heats for each formula. In addition, we had our usual round of Bangers, and with the 2018 points Championships concluded, tonight was all about having fun!

A couple of heat wins there for our newly crowned Junior Banger Champion, 59 Caitlyn, and it was good to see 93 Harvey back at the Cow Shed again, and getting some good results. 116 Luke fared well with a 4th place and 2 3rd's, and a great 3rd place for 16 Denny in round one.

So another great win for 59 Caitlyn, with 93 Harvey finishing 2nd once again. 116 Luke came home in 3rd place, with 53 Harry crossing the line to take 4th. One thing you can always guarantee here at Brentwood is that our Junior drivers always provide a great show! Well done ankle-biters!

Having not made it to the track for round one, 555 Dan made up for it by taking the wins in heats two and three. Always surprised when he does well, 329 Nick collected a 3rd and a 4th, putting a large smile on his face! Plenty of crashing, wrecking and carnage in all three heats, made for some great banter and laughter throughout.

A great win there for 555 Dan, two laps ahead of 203 Jack in 2nd place. 614 Jordan crossed the line to finish in 3rd, with 4th place going to 383 Divvy. 96 Wiggle claimed 5th, 6th went to 537 Brad, and 25 Carl came home in 7th. Again, a great show from all our drivers here today, amid a great atmosphere.

A great start for 501 Pinky, taking the first win of the evening, finished 5th in round two, and came home in 3rd place in round three. 205 Koonta had a slow start in the first round, but pulled back to take the win in round two, and just missing out on splits for the win in round three. New to Brentwood, 546 Jim bagged two 2nd places before taking the win in round three. Some fantastic racing on display, as always from these guys, a great formula to watch!

An amazing win for 22 John, 12 laps ahead of 213 Tracy, our only lady driver in this formula. 586 Brian crossed the line to take 3rd, with young 116 Luke coming home in 4th and 371 Sean failed to make it to the track.

This was a hard run race, just as it should be for a Championship title. 383 Divvy completed 61 laps to finish in 6th place, with 27 Jamie finishing in 5th with 71 laps. 4th place went to 572 Rocket with 78 laps, and 501 Pinky battled with 546 Jim and just managed to cross the line ahead, leaving Jim to settle for 3rd and taking 2nd for himself. As usual, 205 Koonta drove an exceptional race to take the win and the title! Congratulations! A well deserved win from a race of all exceptional drivers.

As with the F2's, the 2L Saloons were split into two heats, with 7 cars in heat one, and 6 in heat two. The set up was the same as the F2's, qualify on the night, with the top 8 cars racing for the title.

Some fantastically close racing in heat one, just look at those finishing times, especially rounds 2 and 3! 22 john took the first win, then 2nd in both rounds 2 and 3, ensuring his place on the Championship grid. 203 Jack finished 2nd in round won, raised the flag in round 2 and then 3rd place in round three, also ensuring his place on the grid. Another qualifier was 27 Jamie, along with 311 Tinker. 58 Ginge finished in 5th twice, but then took the chequered flag in round three and made sure he had a place in the final too. Great racing guys!

A great win for 501 Pinky, taking the chequered flag for the B Final, eight laps ahead of 186 Nige. 3rd place went to Pinky's wife, 213 Tracy, who finished with Nige on splits. 25 Carl crossed the line in 4th place with 60 laps, and 383 Divvy came home in 5th with. Another great race, with some excellant driving from all.

Another fantastic finish, as it should be in a Championship race! 371 Sean completed 65 laps to finish in 8th place, while 27 Jamie took 7th place with 71 laps. 6th place went to 58 Ginge with 73 laps, and one lap ahead was 311 Tinker in 5th place. With 77 laps, 22 john crossed the line to take 4th place, whilst 205 Koonta completed 79 laps to finish in 3rd. The battle at the top was amazing, with the lead changing several times before 203 Jack and 572 Rocket crossed the finishing line on splits, with Jack just a split second ahead, crowning him the new Champion! Congratulations Jack, a brilliant race and a well deserved win!

Completing a marvelous evening of great entertainment was our usual wrecking spree, AKA the DD. There was the usual wrecking, crashing, follow-ins and hilarious banter, with 93 Harvey Cox being the last Junior running and 311 Stuart Tinker the overall winner, well-done guys!
