Fun night's aside, we launch the 2020 season with our traditional Van Bangers, and this year we included the MPV's too! 55 bangers attending tonight, along with 36 of the ever increasingly popular 1300 Stock Cars, and we launch the new decade in style!

JUNIOR BANGERS
​
Round One - A great 2 lap lead gave 734 Jimmy Farquhar his first win of the year over 116 Luke Want. 568 McKenzie Webb came home in 3rd place, with 59 Caitlyn Howard in 4th place and 716 Nicola Want in 5th.
​
Round Two - Another win for 734 Jimmy Farquhar, with a four lap lead this time over 59 Caitlyn Howard. 568 McKenzie Webb again came home in 3rd place, with 509 Crazy Daisy Johnson finishing in 4th place, and 331 Dinky Donovan crossed the line to take 5th place.
​
Round Three - 59 Caitlyn Howard was first across the line this time, with 2nd place going to 734 Jimmy Farquhar. 331 Dinky Donovan came home in 3rd place and 4th went to 195 Jaydan Webb. Taking 5th place was 829 Alfie Little Taz Parish.
​
All-In Final - 59 Caitlyn Howard battled with 568 McKenzie Webb, and took the win, just! 116 Luke Want crossed the line a lap later to finish in 3rd place, with 331 Dinky Donovan coming home in 4th, taking the place on splits from 829 Alfie Parish. 734 Jimmy Farquhar finished 6th, and 7th place went to 53 Harry Palmer. Crossing the line to take 8th place was 222 James Presland, 195 Jaydan Webb came home in 9th place, and in 10th was 196 Archie Hendy.

Round One - A great first round win for 183 Shaye Hunter, with 203 Jack Booker coming home in 2nd place 6 laps later. 19 Tubs finished 3rd and 555 Dan Morgan crossed the line to take 4th, ahead of 64 Kevin Harrington in 5th.

Round Two - An eight lap lead gave 183 Shaye Hunter his 2nd win tonight. 555 Dan Morgan finished in 2nd place, with 58 Darren Howard coming home in 3rd. 19 Tubs finished in 4th this time, with 661 Martin Ashworth coming home in 5th.

Round Three - five laps ahead and 183 Shaye Hunter scored his hat trick, with 555 Dan Morgan again in 2nd place. 409 Stuart Farquhar crossed the line in 3rd place, on splits with 609 Alex Evans in 4th. 5th place went to 203 Jack Booker two laps later.

Round One - Girl Power reigned once again, with a great win for 59 Caitlyn Howard, on splits with 107 Jordan Webb in 2nd place. 58 Darren Howard came home in 3rd place on splits with 913 Brett Osborne in 4th, and 64 Kevin Harrington finished in 5th.

Round Two - Another win for 883 Paul Kenealy, this time on splits with 29 Steve "Stitch" Donovan in 2nd. 510 Lee Johnson came home in 3rd place, and and 4th was 371 Sean Foley. Coming home in 5th place was 339 Abbie Pullen.

Round Three - A hat-trick of wins for 883 Paul Kenealy, with 339 Abbie Pullen taking 2nd place. 29 Stitch came home in 3rd, and in 4th place was his lovely wife, 17 Tracy Donovan. Crossing the line in 5th place was 116 Luke Want.

D Final - A win for 369 Tom Pracy, with an eight lap lead over 195 Jaydan Webb in 2nd place. 929 John Donovan came home in 3rd place, with 212 Alan Flack finishing in 4th. 158 Brandon Turner crossed the line to take 5th place, and 716 Nicola Want came home a lap later to take 6th. 661 Martin Ashworth was our 7th finisher, with 662 Midge crossing the line to take 8th, and 66 Dougie Donovan in 9th.

C Final - A win for 102 Ian Noble, with 595 L J Saunders finishing in 2nd place. 3rd place went to 510 Lee Johnson, and 274 Nigel Smith took 4th. 73 Harry Betts crossed the line in 5th, 17 Tracy Donovan was 6th and 7th went to 116 Luke Want. 5 David Donovan came home in 8th place. Sadly, 50 Ross Mason did not make it to the track.

B Final - 203 Jack Booker was the victor here, with 702 Jonny Kelly taking 2nd place. In 3rd was 94 Grant Kilburn, on splits with 107 Jordan Webb in 4th. Finishing in 5th place was 371 Sean Foley, with 29 Stitch coming home in 6th. 339 Abbie Pullen took 7th place, with 53 Harry Palmer crossing the line to take 8th and 58 Darren Howard taking 9th.

DESTRUCTION DERBY
The DD was the usual chaotic mayhem! 32 Charlie Ruskin was the last Junior running, and the last Senior was 383 Divvy. Well done lads!
So the launch of the new season logs another successful meeting! Plenty of fun was had, and lots of smiles going out the door at the end of the night; that's what it's all about!
