Another chilly Winter's evening at The Cow Shed tonight, but with numbers low there was no need for the gazebo, so the shutter remained closed, helping keep the warmth inside. We just have to train a few Neanderthals how to close the door when they come through it!

Some great racing tonight in the Bangers, and great to see Rhys and Lilly making their debut at Brentwood RC. They both seemed to enjoy themselves, so hopefully we will see them become regulars. Lenny settled into his 2nd meeting here too and Father and Son duo, Lee and Frankie are rapidly becoming regular faces here too. congrats to Sean, winning the first race of the evening, with Martin taking the chequered flag for rounds 2 and 3.
A hat trick of wins for Knobby in Heat Two, and hilarious banter on and off the track between Knobby and Kerry, these two always slating each other, banter that has continued for many years!
Knobby then went on to take the win in the A Final, making a full house tonight, well done Knobby!

Only 3 F2's tonight, but some great racing in round one, with a terrific battle between Divvy and Shane! Well done guys. Sadly, Stuart had too much damage to continue this evening, and Divvy couldn't be bothered to fix his, so Shane therefore won rounds two and three, and the Final by default. The easiest night for Shane then!
So another great night at the Cow Shed comes to a close. Many thanks to everyone who braved the cold to come and play, and I hope everyone got home safely through the descending fog.

We're back again on Saturday 31st January with RAMP IT UP, banger racing across the ramp! Looking forward to this one! In addition we'll have Drifts and Reliant Robins, so should be another great night before the serious racing starts in February when this years Club Championships start and drivers are out to collect as many points as possible!
