MERC/LEXUS/SCORPIO BANGERS, 2L SALOONS

 & F2 STOCKS

Tonight's meeting was a themed one, featuring the Mercedes, the Lexus and the Scorpio.  These shells are popular for some drivers on a regular basis, for others, their first time of using one.  With the addition of the 2L Saloons and the F2 Stocks, a busy evening was planned, but as always, the priority was to have FUN!  A great field of drivers, with 7 Juniors, 33 Bangers, 8 Saloons and 10 Stocks; the walls were heaving!

The A Final was an exciting race with 183 Shaye and 546 Jim resuming their battle for supremacyShaye eventually took the win of this gruelling 60 lap race, on splits from Jim, with less than a second difference in time!  John followed home 3 laps later, with Divvy finishing in 4th place and Chris finishing in 5th.
