TEAM BANGERS (round three)
Time once again for the guys and gals at Brentwood to work together in their teams. The competition has been pretty close this year with Team Chelmsford and Team Black finishing on level points after the first round; then just one point separates them after round two! The Ant Hill Mob were sitting in third place, with the Suicide Squad not far behind in fourth.

Three teams were unable to make the meeting, Suicide Squad, Team Bob the Builder and #TGU. 233 Dave Nash was away on holiday, so 371 Sean Foley stepped in as the reserve driver for The Krankies; 114 Ian Ardley was unable to attend, so The Melts had to run with three drivers. The Melbourne Flaps recruited newbie 122 Colin Openshaw, but as they'd already used their reserve driver, Colin's points were not counted, and so they technically ran with three drivers. 711 Danny Ellis was deserted by his fellow Wobbly Mafia members, and ran the meeting alone (aww, poor Wobbly!); and Team Black also ran with just two drivers as 77 Josh Mackey and 590 Mickey Galloway were away racing their full-size counterparts! This being the case, 203 Jack Booker and 546 Kerry Goldstone had double the work to do, by running in both heats!

The top three teams go head-to-head on 7th October, that's TEAM CHELMSFORD, TEAM BLACK and ANT HILL MOB. All points will go back to zero, and the winners will be declared by the accumulated points the whole team score in the Head-to-Head final! Who's your money on?

As the leading team, TEAM CHELMSFORD get to decide the body shells for the Finals, so it'll be interesting to see just what they pick! Look out for the announcement on our facebook page.
