HAPPY BIRTHDAY BRENTWOOD RC RACEWAY!
Wow! How quick has the last two years gone? In just two short years this club has gone from strength to strength, now renowned around the country as THE PLACE to go if you enjoy a good crash! But not only for a good crash, Brentwood RC Raceway is known for it's friendly atmosphere, hilarious banter, and welcoming feeling! Even the cold weather in the Winter doesn't stop the drivers flocking to the now infamous Cow Shed, for some much needed fun! Congratulations Brentwood, you've smashed it!
In true birthday party style, John Hillyard arrived with a huge foil balloon, in the shape of a 2, and Sam Townsend arrived armed with a barrage of delicious cup cakes, enough for everyone! Thanks guys, really appreciated!
Many of the cars were painted with birthday messages, and the anticipation of a great birthday meeting was not disappointed!

JUNIORS
We start with the Junior Bangers, with 12 taking to the track tonight to start the birthday celebrations. Quite a few of the Juniors had added their birthday messages to their cars, and, as always, the youngsters are out for some smashing fun! First win of the night went to 306 AC Bell, with 115 Sonny Holtom taking the win for the 2nd and 3rd heats, well done boys, some impressive driving! With this being the last points round for the 2017, Sonny was chasing points, although he didn't need to, he already had the championship in the bag!

So a great finish to the Final, with the win being taken by Sleepy. Just missing out, and taking 2nd place on splits was Michael Collins, with Rob Gymer coming home in 3rd place. Congratulations to you all guys, worthy trophy winners!
Smart Car Awards too, for 711 Danny "Wobbly" Ellis, 22 John Hillyard and 66 Harley Donovan, congratulations guys, and thank you for the great extra effort for the Birthday Bash!
The DD was the usual wreck-fest, with many taking part from tonight's meeting. One by one, the cars dropped until until we were left with just two Juniors running! 306 AC Bell and 81 Billie. AC rolled and finished on his side, leaving Billie to take the trophy! Congratulations Billie.
